EQUIS CHOSEN FOR LEAVENWORTH HOTEL DEVELOPMENT

TPS LogoLeavenworth City Commision members have picked the developer they would like to see build a hotel at Third and Delaware streets. City officials now have to negotiate a development agreement with Equis Hospitlaity Management. MULLENIX REVIVES DANIELE

HamptonInnLogoHotelier Mike Mullenix is investing $16 million to revitalize the former Daniele Hotel in Clayton, which has been dormant for the past five years. Mullenix, who is chief executive and an owner of Equis Hospitality Management in St. Louis, plans to renovate the old Daniele located at 216 N. Meramec Ave., turning it into a 106-unit Hampton Inn and Suites. Read the full story at the Business Journal.
