EQUIS OPENS HAMPTON INN AND SUITES IN CLAYTON

HamptonOpening SMALLEquis Hospitality, in conjunction with partner Ohio based Rockbridge, has completed its renovation of the former Daniele Hotel in Clayton, which is now a 106 room Hampton Inn and Suites. The revitalization added a fifth floor of suites and the design is a contemporary take on Mid-Century Modern with custom made furnishings and local photography in the guest rooms. The new Hampton Inn and Suites has now opened for business.

EQUIS CHOSEN FOR LEAVENWORTH HOTEL DEVELOPMENT

Home2 LogoLeavenworth City Commission members have picked the developer they would like to see build a hotel at Third and Delaware streets. City officials now have to negotiate a development agreement with Equis Hospitality Management. MULLENIX REVIVES DANIELE

HamptonInnLogoHotelier Mike Mullenix is investing $16 million to revitalize the former Daniele Hotel in Clayton, which has been dormant for the past five years. Mullenix, who is chief executive and an owner of Equis Hospitality Management in St. Louis, plans to renovate the old Daniele located at 216 N. Meramec Ave., turning it into a 106-unit Hampton Inn and Suites. Read the full story at the Business Journal.
