LOUIS, (May 2007) – EQUIS Hospitality Management, LLC and Syndicated Equities have acquired the Residence Inn by Marriott – Alexandria Old Town (Alexandria, Va.) hotel through a strategic partnership. EQUIS will be responsible for asset managing and overseeing the hotel. Over the past ten years, the principals of EQUIS have developed, owned and operated more than 20 hotels, including nine Marriott hotels. Syndicated Equities structured the financing and provided the equity for the acquisition.
