Michael Mullenix - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Michael Mullenix is chairman and chief executive officer of EQUIS Hospitality Management. In addition to traditional executive oversight duties, he surfaces new business opportunities for EQUIS and aligns its activities with that of affiliated development and construction companies. Mullenix also forges relationships with capital funding sources for portfolio properties, particularly hotels in its development pipeline. Douglas J. Mullenix - Principal / Chief Administrative Officer
Doug Mullenix is one of the founding principals of his family-owned businesses, the Mullenix Companies and its affiliates, EQUIS Hospitality Management, Citadel Construction Management and Mullenix Real Estate. Over the past sixteen years, Doug has gained expertise in several areas of real estate development, marketing and management through the Mullenix family’s investments in new home construction, apartments and hotels. Most recently he has focused on the expansion of the hospitality and other divisions within the company. Gregory Mullenix - President, Citadel Construction Management, LLC
Gregory Mullenix is the President of Citadel Construction Management, overseeing the daily operations of the business. Citadel, a strategic partner of EQUIS Hospitality Management, performs roles in the Hospitality Construction Industry ranging from that of a Construction Manager, Land Developer, General Contractor, and Consultant. Michael Manna - Corporate Controller
Michael Manna is the Corporate Controller for EQUIS Hospitality Management, LLC and is responsible for the company portfolio and all hotel financial reporting. In this role, Manna works closely with each hotel to ensure accountability and profitability. Before joining EQUIS in 2006, he was with Hilton Hotels Corporation as controller for the Embassy Suites in Downtown St. Louis.
Manna has 25 years experience working in the hospitality accounting field and hotel operations. He attended Washington University in St. Louis, earning his bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Mike lives in Brentwood and enjoys playing hockey and tennis and spending time with his niece and nephews.

Conor Pandl - Financial Analyst
Conor Pandl is the financial analyst at EQUIS Hospitality Management, LLC. Since joining the company in 2006, his primary responsibility has been to establish the financial viability of new hotel developments, as well as the acquisition and sale of existing hotels. Pandl works alongside the in-house construction and hospitality management teams to evaluate each new opportunity.
During 2005 and the first half of 2006, Conor worked for Broadview Advisors, a mutual fund based in Milwaukee. He concentrated on ascertaining and maintaining values for a broad range of publicly traded companies.
Prior to his professional career, Conor graduated summa cum laude from Saint Louis University, where he received a B.S. in Finance. Conor currently lives in Maplewood, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis, with his wife Sarah.

Michele Foppe - Director, Human Resources
Michele Foppe oversees human resource administration, providing support for recruitment and selection, compensation, benefit administration and employee relations for EQUIS Hospitality. She directs managers to adhere to employment practices, guidelines and laws, and implements and maintains company policies and procedures. In an effort to reduce turnover and improve employee retention, she helps managers identify employee motivators and provide training and guidance. She is responsible for ensuring that associates’ skills and service further the organization’s overall business goals and objectives.
Foppe joined Mullenix Companies in February 2004 after working 5 years in the staffing industry with Spherion Corporation. In 2001, Michele relocated to St. Louis to be an On-Premise Manager for Materialogic.
Prior to her professional career, Michele received a B.A. in Communications from University of Missouri, St. Louis. Michele lives in Glendale, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis, with her husband Nick, son Colin, daughter Cassidy and their 2 dogs.

Sandi L. Phillips - Director, Revenue Management
Sandi Phillips is responsible for pricing and sales strategy for EQUIS Hospitality Management’s portfolio of Marriott and Hilton branded hotels. By analyzing hotel performance versus competitors, budget and previous years, she presents summaries, forecasts and recommendations to ownership and senior management. Since joining the company in 2003, Sandi has also collaborated with Operations, Sales and Construction during three renovations and three new hotel openings.
Prior to 2003, Sandi worked for Marriott International as the Director of Revenue Management for the Ritz-Carlton St. Louis. From 1996 through 2001, Sandi worked in the airline industry. Beginning her airline career with TWA Reservations, she gained operations experience in Crew Scheduling, and moved into Revenue Management in 1999, rising to Senior Analyst. Following the TWA buyout, Sandi commuted to Chicago to join United Airline’s Revenue Management department.
Sandi graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis. In her personal time, Sandi volunteers with Support Dogs at BJC Health Systems and Maplewood-Richmond Heights School District. Sandi and her husband Chris are also avid cyclists: they have participated in the National MS Society’s annual Bike Ride to benefit Multiple Sclerosis for ten years.

Matt McGraner - Director, Business Development.
Matt McGraner is the Business Development Director at EQUIS Hospitality Management, LLC, a developer, owner and operator of Hilton and Marriott hotels. Since joining the company in 2009, his primary responsibilities have been to source acquisitions and develop potential business opportunities for EQUIS, including third-party management contracts, private investments and joint ventures. Matt is also a licensed attorney in Missouri and an Associate in the St. Louis office of Bryan Cave. His practice focuses on Restructuring, Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions. Matt has also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Charles E. Rendlen III, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Matt earned a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
